Hello! I’m Ben Westwood, Co-Founder and CEO of Pretty Little Props (PLP), a journey that began over a decade ago when I first set foot in Dubai. With a background in corporate management across various industries, I’ve always had an eye for design and a passion for entrepreneurship.

Alongside PLP, which holds a special place as my entrepreneurial cornerstone, I’ve explored other ventures, each a testament to my drive for innovation. These experiences have shaped my approach to business, emphasizing creativity and customer-centric solutions.

Meet Ryan Thomas, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Pretty Little Props (PLP). With a remarkable 15-year journey in Dubai, my career has been a fusion of culinary excellence, operational finesse, and entrepreneurial passion.

Before co-founding PLP, I spent a decade as the Executive Chef & Partner at Dish Catering and Events, where I honed my skills in creating culinary experiences that delighted guests and exceeded expectations. This background instilled in me a deep appreciation for meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.

Beyond the kitchen, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to co-create PLP, a venture that seamlessly integrates my passion for design and commitment to operational excellence. Our journey has been about redefining Dubai’s event landscape through innovative event furniture rentals and impeccable service.

In addition to my role at PLP, I’m dedicated to exploring diverse interests that enrich my perspective and enhance our business offerings. From championing sustainability initiatives to fostering creativity in event design, I bring a multifaceted approach to every endeavor.
